Join me for this One Dumbbell Standing Abs Workout, and let's focus on our upper body, especially on our abdominal muscles. This workout will target the entire core from a standing position leading to stronger muscles and a tighter waistline. Make sure you keep your abs contracted (pulled in) throughout this entire workout, and focus on feeling every exercise in the core! I`m using a 3 kg dumbbell in this workout.

I post daily easy at home workouts (low and moderate intensity) for Calorie Burn and Weight Loss! Get your steps in with these at home low and moderate intensity steady state cardio workouts anyone can do!

REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.
