Join me for this 15 minutes One Dumbbell Standing Abs Workout. I know we`ve done a lot of standing abs lately, but this one is different. It`s a weighted workout, and has absolutely no leg raises. I used a 4 kg dumbbell for this workout and focused on contracting my abs as hard as I could, during each move. You will, of course, feel this workout in your arms too. If you want to give it a try, focus on that abdominal contraction you`ve been working on through the standing ab challenge, and feel the burn!
