i did these with 10lbs nothing i did with 20 it got harder then i did this with 30s and man this gets ur heart beating fast i love it ty

If I’m using this for wrestling would you recommend standing to get the knees engaged a bit or stay down on them

We do something like this in wrestling but its more of a circle movement overhead would this help me in my wrestling ?

THANX BRO FOR THIS DEMO I LIKE THIS A LOT… I DO A PUSH ROUTINE (chest shoulders triceps) ONE WEEK… THEN A PULL ROUTINE (back shoulders biceps) NEXT WEEK AT LEAST 4 DAYS A WEEK… DO YOU THINK THIS IS OK… I ALSO HAVE 20lbs KETTLEBELLS
