It kind of helps being bald for this. As a woman I always catch my hair and knock my ponytail loose when I do these.

Dang... Holding on to the bell for 6 minutes is probably the hardest part of this routine. Hahaha

One of the best exercises with kettles. For a tougher variation, try having your start and end point at your waist. If you want even a greater challenge, add body rotation to the side.

I did this progression back & forth for 6 minutes, stopping a few times to breathe towsrds the last 2 mins. My goal is to do this every day, and eventually go for a longer duration.

Sometimes, I like do halos with pauses at different positions. This looks like a great variation though.

Wow. Amazing physique! I have one suggestion. Take it from an old man and use a large knee pad when possible! You’ll have a longer and greater fitness period, and love your life longer!
