Ok, I have good news and bad news for you guys. The good news is you get to do this WHOLE no equipment thigh workout thing just sitting on you butt - you can even watch Netflix while you do it. The bad news is... I don't want you to take any breaks!! I know you can work it for three minutes!!

Thank you for doing a thigh targeted workout that doesn't involve squats! I have bad knees so this video was much more comfortable for me to do :)

After three years I started working out with Cassey again, I've just finished the 4th day of my April journey and I'm dying! Literally drowning in sweat, lmao. Love this though! Looking forward for the rest of the month (and probably my whole life 😭 )!

I'm here for the April calendar and since this is at the end I absolutely died. Literally jello legs. Couldn't even do all of this lol but I will stick to it for the rest of the month! :)

I would like a program or video on losing weight or toning the whole body ( cardio and all) since you are the only fitness guru I trust and love!

When I did this on the April calendar, I could barely finish!!! This time around (June calendar) I felt much stronger. It was still difficult, but my thighs don't feel as sore as last time. A few months of hard work can make such a difference :)
