Copying data from the GenomeSpace Public Folder into your personal GenomeSpace account

In this video step, we will cover the nuts and bolts of copying data from the GenomeSpace Public Folder into your personal account.

Let's start with creating a subdirectory by clicking on the arrow next to your user folder. Give your subdirectory a name such as "diff_subnetworks" and click "Create".

Back in the directory sidebar click the folder icon next to the Public directory. Keep digging through the directories, continuing with "SharedData", "Demos", and finally "Analysis Recipe 1".

Close the various dialog boxes and head on over to "diff_subnetworks" to view your new files.
