Transferring files from Galaxy to GenomeSpace

In this video step, we will go over the basic task of moving files from Galaxy to GenomeSpace.

Head to the "Send Data" tool in Galaxy and choose "GenomeSpace Exporter" from the drop-down list.

Navigate to a desired target directory and make sure to select it by clicking the radio button.

Once the job has finished, return to GenomeSpace and refresh the folder to view your files.
