In this video step, we will cover the basic task of transferring data from GenePattern to GenomeSpace.

Choose "Save to GenomeSpace" and navigate to a folder such as "diff_subnetworks" in which to save the file.

Return to your GenomeSpace homepage and refresh the chosen directory to ensure that your files have successfully copied.
