In this video step, we will send data from GenomeSpace to the PreprocessDataset module in GenePattern.

Click on the GenePattern icon to start up the application. Ensure that your GenePattern account is connected to your GenomeSpace account.

Using the module search bar, search for the term "PreprocessDataset" and click on the module once it appears. The module's input page should load.

Click the Run button to submit your job.

By preprocessing the dataset, we remove platform noise and uninteresting genes.
