Life in motion! Grateful I can move. I never take the basic functions for granted. Everyday is a miracle.

I love this. And I love the photo of him so happy ... and with movement incorporated within that shot. Nice.❤

Very cool. When I do yoga it may be hours of different slow and intentional movements and holds. It does something wonderful I can not explain and also gets me in touch with the divine. Music of course is a helpful addition. Very healing.

This was one of my favorite episodes. Fascinating conversation.

I had an idea like this, like instead of training to throw a baseball or to ice skate, there is one set of exercises that could put you at an advantage in all forms of movement, so incredible that this guy put this together. Beautiful

Sounds super interesting. I’m a rock climber, qi gong practitioner and have recently started taking contemporary dance again. I very much approach these theee activities as different flavours of the same thing. Seems like that Ido guy is just what I’m looking for!

A great podcast, thank you. I have focused on interoception and closing my eyes a lot in my movement practice and Andrew and Ido acted as a reminder that visual acuity and exteroception may be also be a valuable attribute to train.
I wonder if there is a future podcast in the use of and training of the eyes in sport (and for the average Joe)? Maybe comparing yoga eye training techniques to any appropriate studies. Forgive me if something like this has been done, there’s a lot of good content of yours and i may have missed it!

At the start there I thought this was going in a "Steven Seagal" direction, and I was about to cut ties with Huberman. 😂

The path to connection with our body to our brain... That does not require a contract 😉♥️ paying attention and endeavoring to understand is what Ido has you do to each part you focus on... The equivalent of sending it LOVE energetically.
