Such a brilliant way explained 👌👏when he says occurs during sleep & rest, is because the subconscious mind in the resting period get reprogrammed, during the day we act based on conscious mind, not subconscious. That is why he says during the day we are reflexive.

Oh wow! I started doing this by accident. It became like a little meditation..but I noticed some other benefits. Less tense, more at ease.

“…to bring focus to some particular perception to something that is happening during the learning process”

What exactly does he mean by this? If I were reading a book on Cell Theory is he saying to just focus really hard on what I am reading or is he saying something even more specific?
