This came across as 100% transparent, void of any hype or huge promises. I appreciate the lack of drama or gimmicks in the editing. This is proof positive that you don't need crazy antics to make highly enjoyable and useful content.

I think the main thing (which you demonstrate well in the video) is focusing on eating whole foods and preparing as much as possible from scratch. I also think it might be good for people to learn how to “cheat” in a healthy an sustainable way. It can be easy to give into the “all or nothing” mindset where 1 cookie is a source of guilt and potentially sets of a chain reaction of binging, whereas it ought to be seen as merely a “less nutritious” food that can be adjusted for in some other meal rather than it being the end of the world. I also think you’re correct in that protein ought to be high (probably higher than many people think).

There’s a lot of misinformation out there about cutting, bulking, recomp, etc. Though it looks like you did a pretty solid job on your recomp/slight cut

Wow, this is amazing transformation!! Thanks for sharing it. I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I bought a diet plan from Dietarizee and started doing some exercises at home. My sister was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 80lbs thanks to my diet and dedication, and I'm strongly motivated for more. I'm feeling a lot happier now, especially because I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath 😀

This is the most honest and straight forward video on diet and fat loss. Love it.

I wonder if I'll ever watch a "I stayed lean for 100 days" video lol

I eat steel cut oats every morning - they're amazing! Cooking a 3-day batch in the evening helps save time in the morning. Also, as you get more into a diet, use a 5:1 water/oat ratio rather than 3:1 - same calories, but it seems like a much bigger serving!

No alcohol, no soda, no ice cream, no chips, burger, or even pasta for 100 days straight? That´s insane discipline man.

Cooking with coconut oil makes it easier to scrape the kale into the trash.

Excellent job!

One way that I meal prep is by preparing casseroles. I will cook enough ground meat (or chicken, chopped steak, etc) for four meals and put that in the bottom of a baking dish that I have sprayed with cooking spray. Then I add a couple of large bags of frozen vegetables over the top (I let them thaw first). Then I mix a family-size can of and diluted Cream of Mushroom (or chicken, celery, etc). Depending on my goals at the time, I will add an appropriate amount of (prepared) rice or potatoes I have sliced with my mandolin slicer and precooked; sometimes I add some cheese. I bake it at 350 for about an hour, let it cool completely, and store it as four large meals.

This template is great because it gives you so many different combinations by varying the protein, carb (rice, potato pasta) and the base (soup, marinara) and you only have to measure when you prepare it. Store it in your calorie-tracking app and it's always there.

I tried it exactly like you but only for about 3 weeks. And I don't have a scale so at the end I was not seeing any progress anymore. But seeing your results and hearing you did this for 100 days really motivates me 💪🏼

Healthy eating, 50:50 cardio:resistance and a very small quantity of anavar to get you over the bumps in the road. This is the way foward.

Graduated a lil over a month and a couple weeks ago and went from 205lbs to 193 lbs. Finding a good diet to follow that I can enjoy is always a challenge and I'm glad this was uploaded to give me some ideas as I want to try and drop down to 170 before the end of the year.

I love your approach, especially with diet. Back when I was a young lad, I restricted myself so heavily that the list of foods I ate could fit into an acronym. I called it the "B.E.A.C.O.Q." diet (could have used a better name). I would only eat raw broccoli, eggs, apples, chicken breast, oranges and quinoa, while supplementing with fish oil, multivitamin, and good ol' whey protein. I did this six days a week, but my clean-cut 1700 calorie days turned into 3986 calorie Saturdays. I still made great progress, but it wasn't sustainable due to my meticulous diet. That's the biggest thing when it comes to body transformations. Sustainability, consistency, and persistence are priceless.

This video was right up my alley. Thanks for taking the time to detail all work put into your meals. That's the hardest part for me.

People always think building muscle in a deficit is not possible, but it obviously is!

1)This is very motivating.
2) What is the rationale of anyone that gives this sensible way of achieving a goal a thumbs down? 🙄
