The definition of courage is the ability to tell your story with compassion. Thanks for sharing your story with compassion.

Besides correct diet .. excluding abusive people from one's life defiantly improves one's mental health.

I used to feel tired all the time brain fog, poor sleep, constant bloating. I thought it was just normal. Then I read The Science of Lasting Health by Samuel Royce, and for the first time, I understood what my body was trying to tell me. I started making small changes and I actually feel human again.

I’ve dealt with depression and anxiety and a diagnosis of BPD for years. I find that exercise, lazy keto, and exclude sugar and gluten kept me from having disassociated states, panic and crying spells. It was so related to food! Sharing to encourage others on their journey. ❤

The phrase ‘we are what we eat’ is so true.

She's absolutely right. I always look at food labels before I think of buying. If there are ingredients that I don't know about, I don't buy. In fact, with all of the processed foods on the market, my food cart is filled mostly with fresh fruits and veggies. I've been doing this for years. Also, I cook my foods and eating out is limited for me. I'm 72 years of age and I feel great!

They’ve found that gut bacteria may be the cause of depression and fibromyalgia, and allergies could be the cause of anxiety. I can 100% attest to how much changing what you eat and finding out what you can eat and still feel healthy, , is so helpful. Also, this channel has helped my anxiety so much by leveling my glucose. It’s been such a fast change!

I encourage everyone to start building a connection between what you eat and how you feel! Thank you for spreading this knowledge ❤ I had these same issues, and at 28 took a course in holistic nutrition. I healed myself almost entirely. My panic disorder is under wraps, my depression is gone. All from a better diet, a better understanding of foods, minerals, herbs and enzymes. Plus regular cardio by way of hiking ;)

The first step of this is that she sparked a desire to learn more about herself. Bravo 👏

You are right. We are what we eat. Also our lifestyle and habits.

This was my experience as well. What surprised me most when I stopped eating junk and fake food was that, not only did my body improve, but my thoughts improved as well. Like the thoughts that would spontaneously pop into my mind became better and more positive.

She is absolutely correct. I am not an academic. I have experienced in my own life the connection between nutrition and improved mental wellbeing.

A miracle and a gift to humanity. So many people are going through mental health challenges in every walk of life, every occupation in many families, and all nationalities and religions. We must do all we can to stay mentally and physically well. ❤
