Strong hold man. Thick bar holds are gold, I also like training these heavy as well. They make my pullups feel so light.

How should you grip the fat grips? Do I put my thumb under and 4 fingers on top or 4 fingers and the thumb on the top?

i do weighted dead hangs unfortunately i dont have a fat grip i do it with 25 kgs for 40-65 seconds is it safe to do them? because im doing it with extra weight

I bought Fat Gripz, but the company makes the inner diameter too small. I have standard size pullup bars, and Fat Gripz do not warp around it well enough.
