But there were 9 exercises.
No leg exercises (jump squats, lunges or single leg RDL)
Get rid of one of the ab exercises and remove the close grip push up.
1. Pushup
2. Pull up
3. Chin up
4. Dips
5. Hanging leg raise
6. Pike shoulder press
7. Jump squat
8. Single leg rdl
9. Side planks
10. Sprints
