I haven’t been sleeping well the last few nights due to some upper back strain and knots from my workout week. I knew I needed to do some foam rolling on it and came to your channel specifically because I know that your foam rolling and your queues is what is going to work. I scrolled through your foam videos and landed on this one for the hips and upper body. Perfect. My hips are always tight and my upper body is always jacked. This has left me light headed and out of breath, which tells me I released a LOT of lactic acid and stick energy. I paused and stayed a bit longer in some moves as I could still feel some “spots” that I was grateful you were able to help guide through and find. I am noticing I am breathing better as I stay through them, the feeling of being able to take a full deep breath brings my to tears at times 😂 but it’s amazing. Thank you again for another great session that works me to the core and fiber of my being without even having to move more than an inch. This was my workout for the day and now I will go finish relaxing these muscles and recovering from the week in the spa. You are amazing thank you 🙏

Pure Bliss!!! As with all your classes, you teach foam rolling PERFECTLY!! OMG, I feel AMAZING. I went from "I hate foam rolling" to "As long as it is with Chris, I LOVE foam rolling"

These foam roller classes are great. I bought one for my back and hip tightness but didn't really know what to do. This class is so motivating and I love that I can follow along. Thank you Chris 😊💓

This is 100% one of those videos that you had no idea how much you needed until it's done. The side of my glutes hurt like heck during, but feel SO much better now! And lats and upper quad, etc etc!
