That was amazing and hard! Loved the upper body stretch and didn’t realize how tight my quads were until trying this. Wow! Felt great and look forward to more of these.

Ps. I do you not understand how anybody can give you a thumbs down for your class and it really irritates me on your behalf LOL.

Thank you so much Chris, for including this type of routine in your regular rotation! It was really informative! I find participants tend to gravitate to the more 'glamorous' workouts like cardio and strength, but regular foam rolling is extremely beneficial and is a fantastic addition to a person's workout routine! My, my, my, one word - Quadriceps!!!Holy Moly roller. You're right Chris. I'm so glad I did this class with you. I would not have lasted that long on those quads without you. I did enjoy the shoulder roll, so once again, thank you. Great class and so much helpful information. See you tomorrow!!

I’ve been guilty of fast rolling in the past, but you’ve got me converted now! I can’t believe how I got each quad to ‘release’ in about 3-4 spots each! When I felt each one ‘give’ I was shocked. Definitely coming back to this video so I can be in ‘discomfort’ with you 😂😅 thanks for this!

I LOVE how you instruct foam rolling, Chris!!!! Love, love! I just finished this. I missed LIVE so just had the chance to do it and I feel blissfully loosened up. How can something so uncomfortable while doing it make you feel SO amazing afterwards? Wow!! And the music was PERFECT!!!
This is a keeper that will be used ALOT!!! I LOVE IT!!!! Just what I needed and I'm sure many others do, too!! More, PLEASE!!!!

I didn’t realize how tight my muscles were until I did this class. It hurts like crazy, but then pain and tightness is gone! So great !, , ,

I never really knew what to do with the roll. Friends told me to buy one when I had a disc prolapse three years ago. Since then it was somewhere in the cellar. Thank you for teaching me finally!
