I have to thank you for your wonderful foam roller class. I’ve been suffering from lumbar disc disease and had terrible back pain for 2 months. I’ve just been doing all sorts of yoga and pilates. And after a session of your foam roller class, I’m finally pain free ❤ thank you so much

This was really unique! I loved how the roller ‘massaged’ my muscles. Lying on the roller was interesting balance work. Roll Like a Ball with the roller under the legs was fun. The Swan with the roller was amazing: I find Swan very challenging bc I’m not really flexible in my upper back; the roller made the move different, I could really feel my lats engaged. Really great, creative w/o.
