What I do is just get the egg crack it and then depending on how many eggs I use let's say I use three eggs. And then I like stir it together with a fork or whatever I mix it together. Then when my pain gets kind of warm I wait till it gets kind of warm. Then I basically just put the egg stuff in. And then you can gradually see the eggs develop like almost look like an omelette. And that's what I do I don't mess with it and then I cut it into the pieces I want and that's how I make it.

The eggs are still cooking when removed from the pan so should be removed when still a little sloppy, if you get my drift. Or already knew that.

Wrong! You should never, and i mean NEVER put any spices when the egg is in liquid form, it makes it a burden to eat the egg, and the spices true taste wont show.
