I think the result of the method in this video is really good, and could be used as a guide before you start experimenting. Personally I prefer mine with milk added to the mix prior to cooking though

Id do this if I were using non-stick. Certainly works different with a quality stainless steel and room temperature eggs. YMMV.

I use a fork too and the mixing plate I mixed in so as not to waste egg and uses less dishes. Im working on other efficient ways to do it too 😊
