-- We will use for todays workout which is a full body workout helping us to achieve an ideal physique. [Strength , HIIT, & Cardio/ No Equipment]
-- Overall we have 3 workouts each consisting of 7 exercises, 12 seconds of rest in between.
-- Between each workout we will have 60 seconds of rest
-- We have 8 exercises as warmup each taking 25 seconds with 10 seconds of rest time in between.
-- Carefully watch the demonstration of the exercises.
