I hadn't exercised in awhile and looked for a 15 min workout to start working out again and I clicked on this without reading the title and only towards the end did I realize it had the word BRUTAL in it. My heart was pounding so hard but it was amazing because I felt so alive!!!! Thank you FitnessBlender Kelli and Daniel; you two feel like family because I've always worked out to your videos from home :D

I havent stepped on the scale but i can say that i can see a difference in the way I look. My arms are toner, my legs as well and my tummy is so flat i have never felt happier in my life and this is a result of working out with fitness blender! I am so glad i can across you! last time i checked though i was 138 pounds im sure I am lighter. Thank you so much Fitness Blender!!
