Alright guys, not going to lie, I was walking a little funny after this brutal HIIT workout! We are targeting the legs, glutes and thighs in this lower body strength + cardio HIIT routine. We will be super-setting strength exercises with explosive, plyometric type movements that will really get that heart rate going - a perfect combo for creating lean muscle and burning fat. Let's do it!!

This workout is a killer. I started using your workouts in October. Since then I've gone from a size 16 to a almost a 10. Thank you so much for the workouts.

The best thing about Heather is her technique just remains perfect no matter what, I am all over the place, but I really make an effort to follow her. I've looked at a few other exercise vids in the time of COVID, but none of them come close to being as good as Heather, despite the fact they may have more views

Heather! I've been doing this workout once a week for almost 2 months now. Each time, I repeat the routine once more immediately after completing it. It was beyond brutal for the first month. I had to take lots of breaks and modify moves. But after 8 weeks, I have noticed a remarkable difference in my overall leg strength!!! My stamina and running time has improved, I've increased my weights on leg day at the gym, and I now only have to take a little break in between the doubled-up workouts. Thank you so much for posting this workout! I would love another one like this - just as brutal, but with some different supersets? Pretty please ;)
