I am two days into your warm up routine and split yoga. I am happy to tell u that for the first time in a long time, the pain I had in my but has disappeared and I am able to sleep well. I have also been struggling with sleep but for the past two nights, I have enjoyed sleep. I look forward to a better life now that I have integrated yoga into my life style. Thank you madam

Mam very much inspired by ur yoga videos and immediately subscribed. I have pcod problm since 10 years. I practiced yoga for pcod and I found big difference. Going to start surya namaskar and already doing joint exercise s.

Great video...
Am started following this video and trying to do this at home regularly.

Just one correction, its not Namaskara its Namaskar, we Indians got a habit of putting 'a' almost after every prestigious thing..

We made Yog as Yoga,
Sri Ram as Shri Rama,
Ramayan as Ramayana and so on...
This does not looks good.
Hope you understand.
