I was suffering from sever back spasm( but no pain) for last 5 years it was restricting my movement too...took different physiotherapies, nothing worked...I started your sessions n did Suryanamaskar (standing chair version)...after 1st week I started realizing it's benifits and there is some improvement in my movements..now I am sure soon I will be relieved of my problem...thanks Saurabh for giving me a direction.

I m 60 years old I could do completely standing surya namaskar along with you from past one month I m feeling too good Thankyou You are amazing
I request simple yoga for diabetes from past 6 months I am diabetic my Fasting sugar is 180 and I m suggested to take 1 tablet everyday BP hypertension from past 8 years my weight is 67 kg You take 2 tablets morning and at night now my BP is normal Your yoga helps us in reducing tablets
