Today we are doing a Pregnancy and Postpartum Safe Full Body Workout! I use 10 pound dumbbells, but filled up water bottles or cans of beans would work also. I include modifications for diastasis recti or post c-section. I hope you feel amazing after this 23 minute pregnancy/postpartum workout!

This one was so fun, lots of dancing for me 😂 also in May 2024, doubled Wed/Thurs today and doing Fri/Sat tomorrow. I've been doing them as 2 a day for more rest days in the week. Works better for me since I don't get enough nightly sleep, the extra days in between lets my body recover. 🎉

Thank you very much for all your videos.. I am a primi who delivered my baby boy on September 8th within 6 hours. I was surprised to know that I was dilated from 3 cm to 10 in 2 hours. I am sure it's because of your daily exercises I followed from second trimester.

Another great one! Baby’s nap time has shifted so now she’s doing the workouts with me. More of a challenge- but super sweet too. Just have to keep her from trying to lift my dumbbells and squashing her toes! 😂
