Everett, WA here. Just did my arms last night. I use this hammer machine, rope pull downs and do dips. Man my arms swell up fast fast it’s borderline uncomfortable. Keep em coming Troy!

Exercise 2: we use to call it the jackhammer.was hoping to see bodyweight dips and box dips ..from my point of view they are the really forgotten exercises.. those are the mass makers for big triceps
