Brother if you can’t lift it then don’t lift it. You have nothing to prove to anyone and you’re just going to hurt yourself. Theres no shame in pushing smaller weights.

This is why you lower your rest periods to 30-60 seconds and lift lighter. It’s gonna feel just as heavy as that but you won’t get injured.
