Since I have been doing QiGong, I have noticed a difference in my health. I am now in remission from breast cancer and the blood work they do as part of my monthly therapy (no chemo) has improved a lot. I believe that doing QiGong along with pressure points have helped to make that difference. Thank you.

i have a shoulder injury from a car accident and tried this yesteday and also today. The energy that i can feel in my hands in the ball is actually heavy if that is the word, I mean that i can feel it. The golden oil flowing into my injury is such a good healing visualisation. I dont want my joints to be vulnerable to arthritis and pain. I will do this each day. This is a gift of healing

Dewd! I want to say wow and thank you. I found your video 'Discovering qi' posted by someone else.

I have tried several times from many other videos and I felt it so clearly. Your exercises are so effective. In the middle of it I found kind of my own motion as I just kind of wanted to do then I went back into your your video and like when I was holding up my hands I can seriously just feel like the fine points and then I can feel like the whole hand at the same time. It was very easy to understand are the motions were great along with your examples. I'll add that it is very helpful when someone speaks English with clarity, too.
