I am 70 and I have always kept my stress on the right side of my neck I did this exercise once and I noticed I could raise my hands over my head with no discomfort Later on I noticed i could do my arm exercises with less pain and was able to do all the reps.Definitely going to continue this exercise

I've done Qi Gong with several teachers, and Lee is one of my favorites. He makes this "ancient Chinese secret" so accessible that just a few minutes a day really help.

My friend wanted me to comment for her. She was screaming in pain from the nerves on the right side of her neck. She discovered your video literally through tears as her pain was through the roof. After doing this video, , her pain was GONE! she woke up PAIN FREE too!!! she has forward head posture and bike rides and also is involved with two emotionally abusive people, she didn't realize how much tension she truly carries. Happy to find this! I started Accupuncture with a wonderful accupuncturist who does QiQong while tapping in needles and then she does QiQong over me. Your videos/class is a welcome bonus. I have metastatic breast cancer which started in my bones and metastasized to my liver 2 1/2 yrs ago. I am a warrior and will beat this!!!!💪🏻 Thanks for sharing your expertise! 💗🙏🏻
