Dear Lee. Isn't it the right time to create already a spring everyday routine? I would be so grateful, cause, being a yoga, pilates and fitness teacher, I taught this winter lesson my students from 13 to 74 years old, and it really helps a lot to stay OK. Thank you a lot, Teacher.

Good afternoon, very good this routine! It is preferred that "the Pump" to be made in the afternoon? It improve the yin energy? When we down to the sides the hands, actually we circulate the Qi Energy?
