Stretching is as vital as exercise. Personally it helps improve flexibility, performance, injury prevention (I know this one can't be proved) and secretly a spiritual ending to an intense workout.

Awesome video! I love all these stretches, would it be a good idea to do all of them at once, in the order your doing them, 30 seconds, 3 sets each side? I'm thinking about doing this every night before bed. I'm in good shape and 29 years old. Thank you!!!
