Happy Thursday!!! You wished for a kettlebell workout and I know you guys love full body functional exercises to build strength, stability and strength-endurance. And this is what this workout is all about. We will do supersets without repeats. Three supersets targeting your lower body and three for your upper body and core. OF COURSE I have a warm-up mobility and cool-down mobility part integrated.

○ Time: 35 Minutes (Mobility Warm-Up & Cool-Down included)
○ Equipment: 1 kettlebell (I used 8kg - if you have multiple weights, you can use probably 1-2kg more for the lower body exercises and a lighter one for the upper body and core part)
