Thank you for all these pregnancy friendly workouts, its been really helpful during my first pregnancy! Love that they are pregnancy safe workouts with lots of optional modifications but are still definitely challenging 💪🏻

I have tried so many YouTubers before finding Lindsey and I can say she is definitely the best !!! I've been doing her workouts for about 2 months now and everybody is telling me that I'm looking the best I've ever did but most importantly I feel the strongest ever I'm doing complexe moves I've never thought I can do and I'm so much faster. Also these are short workouts but they more efficient than those longer ones + you can easily add them to your daily routine even if you have a very busy day like me.

My favorite part of this was when Lindsey said "Please let my children stay asleep so Mama can stretch"....I felt that in my soul! hahahaha! But in all seriousness, this was a great workout! Perfect way to start the day!

Killer workout! Currently 32 weeks pregnant and this was the perfect challenge for today! What would you recommend for modifying the side lunge/bicep curl? I was feeling some pubic bone pain while doing it...
