Puede que a muchas les gusten éstos ejercicios donde veo que sólo se trabaje la parte media, yo los hacía y no sudaba ni un pelín, agradezco al cielo que encontré muy buenas rutinas de cardio que es lo que me encanta y me funciona muy bien
