In this video Trish teaches the 12 poses for osteoporosis that are suggested by Dr. Lauren Fishman. She always adds a few bonus poses to make things more interesting. When practiced regularly the poses have been proven to build bone density, muscle strength and balance. Trish leads the 12 poses with cues and guidelines while timing each pose for you for 30 seconds. Please leave comments and feedback.

I really appreciate your videos teaching Yoga for osteoporosis. I’ve never done yoga before and have tried several videos. I have found yours to be the best for me. I have injured shoulders, and nothing I’ve done following your videos has done anything except make my entire body feel better, especially including my shoulders, which have been a long-standing problem. Thank you so much!
