I appreciate all the work that goes into making these, I listen to one almost every night before bed.❤ Lately I’ve been struggling with self love and this meditation helped me so much I had been crying all day because of how bad Ive been feeling about myself but this just helped me so much ty I really appreciate you guys soo much from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I am just now realizing I’ve been loving everyone else in my life but not me. These meditations are changing me as a human, woman, soul. I’ve always just been someone that needed to do for others and I’m exhausted. It’s time to fill my own cup, without any guilt.
