You are such a good meditation teacher with your relaxing voice and encouraging words. I almost fell asleep towards the end of the meditation because I was so relaxed and the audible exhales really helped me gently re-energize myself. I'm always amazed at how alternate nostril breathing relaxes me so deeply and also how much my breath (especially my inhales, which are usually short) naturally extends while doing it. This is also the first time I have meditated in several days and it feels so good. I'm very proud of myself for taking extra care of my physical and mental wellbeing today by practicing this beautiful meditation with you

I love nostril breathing and your serene, peaceful voice and guidance made this meditation a keeper, Bre, thank you so much! 💓When I sat down, eyes closed, within about 20 seconds and perfectly quietly, I felt a furry little body sit down next to me (I could hear him breathing, too!) and we both meditated with you -- so honestly, that was the best 12 minutes of my day. I'm going to incorporate this into my "do this every day" practices, I loved it! ❤🌺

Hi you two, a bit of a longer comment today, but I just wanted to fully express my gratitude for the gifts that you give people. My partner and I just broke it off a couple of days ago, yet despite the sadness from the loss, I feel more peaceful and resilient than I've ever felt from a breakup. I honestly think much of this is because of my frequent practices with the two of you - you've helped me tap into an inner strength these past couple of months, which has been huge for my self-worth and respect in this process. Doing this mediation today was like a salve from within. Thank you so much for every day, but especially for today <3

Usually alternate nostril breathing is difficult for me: I have asthma, also my left nostril is usually congested because I have a deviated nasal septum because of an injury from back when I was a dancer (one of my mates in ballet class accidentally kicked my nose once). I feel like I usually don't actually "use" my left lung. So I often feel like I'm gonna choke when I have to breathe into my left nostril which is already congested. But today I was lucky because a little amount of air slipped through😂 my left nostril, and it honestly was a refreshing feeling filling also my left lung with air. I'm really grateful for this video. Thank You. Namaste.🙏🧘‍♀️🥰
