Hey please help me my biceps feel like they are not even there my forearm gets tired and my bies are not responding at all when i do negatives i can not feel them at all

I only feel my left bicep when curling and my ONLY my forearms on my right arm
(Can't feel my left forearm when doing curls or forearm exercises)

I do the exact same thing, 7, 5kg 8 reps, slow swing and elbow to the side but I still don't feel my biceps. For some reason i do feel it when i do low weight more reps though

Sadly, i was doing curls and i went wild and did like 300 in a set, now i cant even extend my arm

The bycep curls just feel riged to my i never feel it in my bycep i feel all the work in my trycep its realy wired and frustrating

But how to achieve progressive overload? I seem not to cross 10kg dumbbells or 12.5 max, my biceps get stiff and i no longer can do complete range of motion. I just feel disappointed

The problem is, I dropped the weight by half, doing slow reps, and keeping my elbows to my side and still can't feel them. My mind muscle connection is awful
