when you brought up that story of that overweight kid i could relate to him, i was obese ever since i could remember, but then i started going to the gym and losing weight and when i saw that i just kept going, ive been following your workout and i got to tell you its crazy how much ive changed, ive almsot got a 6 pack at four right now but ill get rid of that stubborn belly, thank you for your videos, im 17 years old and never been happier with my body. thanks so much

Great advice with two points in eating that people really aren't programmed for 1) only eat until you're not hungry anymore 2) meal sizes should be roughly the size of your own fist.

Thank you so much! Ever since this channel I have seen insane results mainly in getting more shredded. Im 15 and naturally pretty muscular i am 205 and 5 ft 10inch. Although my problem always was I dident know to workout properly, after 2 months hardly any results after finding this channel have gained about 15 pounds.

@CARBRINE I'm 16 too and I work out 3 times a week in my local gym. I bench 60kg. I'm 6ft 3 and 161 pounds. What height and weight are you?

Yeah a short segment to how to organise your meals would be awesome. My food intake is the only major issue i have with my training and no matter how hard i work in the gym with my coach the food is really a thing he cant control and im not sure how to preperly eat.

When I read the title "3 shocking six pack abs tips", I almost instantly presumed that this would be some kind of fad exercise / diet video but I couldn't have been more wrong really. Solid advice, I especially like the Zero willpower idea. Thanks for uploading.

@essential159 Its not all about doing sit ups, one of the main things that keep abs from showing is body fat percentage. One of the best ways to burn fat is high intensity cardio. Run, run and then run some more. Also the 100 sit ups is fine, but split it into three sets of like 30. With around 30 seconds in between the sets, and you may want to work your obliques.

Hey Mike, can you do videos for girls? Or a workout based for girls with a big belly like me? I don't eat very much, I drink alot of water, and run regularly. Don't judge, but I'm 13 and 150lbs! I can't seem to loose any weight! Help!?

B4 school what should I do, eg start with an m100, 50 reps each arm (25 swap) 4 kg dumbbell, 5 min sprint on treadmill, and then close with another m100. Any simpler suggestions
