Also pls post a series of pranayams for chakra activation and balancing if it exists. Iam not sure. I see sound baths and frequencies for chakras. But if breathing techniques are there for chakras i feel it would be very beneficial to learn in series. Thankyou

Do you have any video relating to overcome problem of Nadi blockages or chakra blockages so that energy could easily flow through Nadi (shusumna, Ida and PINGLA )
To overcome jerks and swinging of body backward and forwards during meditation on ANHAD NAD ( Sound)
Your presentation of different pranayama and Bandhas are unique and very easy to follow correctly

This is great❤ for strong detox and fighting a disease, is it better to do one round of each like in this video, or a longer breathwork eg khapalbati x3, vacuum x3, and all the rest you show here? If so, a longer video up to 30 min with your guidance would be great 😌
