I stopped and averted cold twice with this new breathing technique during the last six months. Can't thank you enough. As for my knee pain it disappears with one session of pain relief exercises. There is some new information in every video of yours. thanks a million sir.

A question...when you breathe in, does your stomach need to pump out, and while you breathe out, your stomach has to contract? Is this the way? Can you please show your way a bit closer to your body, I mean stomach, when you teach the breathing method. Thank you.
