I haven't been watching your calvinist refutation vids as I believe I don't need it anymore. In my spare time I enjoy the Zoom videos and Acts as I find them insightful but I would like you to know it is so comforting to see in the comments that people are being saved out of the calvinistic possession through this work. Your approach I believe is the one that makes the most sense and scalable.

Thanks brother. You have helped me greatly in just looking at what the text says. My mind got twisted up in Calvinism for awhile before I knew what it was. Its been hard to untwist that thinking but by God's grace you have helped me a lot. Most Calvinist teachers are sneaky. They don't line it up for you like in the TULIP so you can go see what that is but are teaching the TULIP without you realizing it. Then when I found out what it was I wanted to go deeper and so I got Wayne Grudem's Systematic Theology. Now I use his book to argue against Calvinism. lol I struggled with just throwing it away but I kept it to refer back to it because Calvinist will often argue your misrepresenting Calvinism so I go to their guys. It is true even us Non-Calvinist do not realize how much we sound like Calvinist but especially for us who's mind had been brainwashed by Calvinism. Sometimes we say Calvinistic things and don't realize it because our minds had been so corrupted by the System. Please have grace for us brother. It truly is like deprogramming from a cult. :)

My pastor, I love the guy, but concerning salvation he keeps saying “repent of your sins and belie Jesus died for your sins” literally that exact phrase. We’ve discussed it several times and he gets so heated about it and just doubles down keeps quoting scriptures that say “repent” I keep telling him it doesn’t say of your sins and try to tell him that repenting from your sins is works and after someone believes on Jesus we can talk about repenting from sins… he doesn’t get it… it’s like there’s a disconnect where he automatically adds “of your sins” any time he sees repent. It drives me bananas because I went to church almost my whole life and didn’t hear and understand the gospel until I was almost 30… so a proper presentation of the gospel is my biggest pet peeve

🙏❤️Even as a fool I couldn’t stay under Calvinist evil lying double minded narcissist god. Holy Spirit wouldn’t let me. Scripture after scripture would be brought to my attention.
Now thanks to y’all’s work I’m starting to see how even in churches today teach precepts of Calvinism and don’t know it. I thank you for all your doing Kevin.
Only thing I have problems with is the 20$ words you use. Many times I have to pause the video and look it up. But when you use an analogy, the concept makes better sense. Sometimes I feel like I’m in a foreign country learning a new language, but it is really. It’s all back to basics and unlearning bad theology.
I find I make this statement a lot to people in politics or atheism, “Just because you haven’t heard it before doesn’t make it less true.”

2 Cor 5:19 speaks to your point of faith not saving us from sin because in Christ God was reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them.

I come from a Pentecostal background (born and raised—but no longer associate with its teachings)and constantly pick up on Calvinistic presuppositions. I realize how many of the same presuppositions I had adopted for so many years. It’s so refreshing to be aware!

One of the biggest problems I find is in our churches. Because of the push to apply every passage to the congregation and every sermon must have personal application, even the non-reformed preachers are teaching reformed theology/Calvinism. We cannot find a church in our large metro area and surrounding counties that does not do this.

Hey brother I’m re listening now. Thank you so much for this and helping us to think more biblically and not pass along wrong phrases and I’ve been guilty of this as well though well meaning. For example if I’ve said trust in Christ alone and his finished work I mean the whole enchilada including the resurrection and His life we are saved and not anything we do. But I love this bc I always want to be clearer and I have zero issues with correcting myself and being corrected. And I’m learning that I’ve sadly said these things. Noting. 👍🏻Sadly Calvinists don’t. Pride. They often double down and don’t correct as you said then perpetuate worse errors that can confuse many and sadly lead them away from Him and salvation and becomes false and totally unscriptural and nonsense. 1:18:30 Romans 2:11 says that God is not partial and James 2:9 describes partiality as a sin. Calvinism teaches "unconditional" election which is partiality on steroids. Isn't that then calling God a liar and a sinner?
