If anyone out there is feeling a bit down, just do one of these workouts. Just 10 or 15 minutes and you’ll feel better. Was the anniversary of my brother’s death yesterday and felt really low. I could sit and feel sad or I could do something to help myself. Was something positive in a bad day. For anyone struggling, I’m sending good vibes, just get up and do a few steps. It really helps x
