Wow, this new series is really exciting and extremely helpful. The presentation is awesome. I think best solution to anxiety is Allah's constant dikhr, and also when Allah says to stay calm and put trust in Allah for any problems. So I think anxiety is a sign of not remembering Allah constantly.

Thank you so much for this series Muslim Lady 😊 I always wanted to listen to reminders from our sisters ❤ Regarding anxiety and depression, I turned to Allah by doing a lot of Thikr, constant Duaa and Praying 2 Rakaat whenever I can. I always say Ya Hayyo Ya Kayoom Birahmatika Astaghiith Aslih li cha'eni wala Takilni ila nafsi Tafrat Ayn.

Thanks Onepathnetwork for bringing up topics such as this. Because so many of our sisters and brothers do suffer in silence about anxiety, depression and many more. I had suffer from depression for a long time and many people that I know too suffer from it. I pray for all the Muslima to stay strong and keep fighting.

Pray five times a day and read Quran then you would not feel these problems.
Once i used to feel these kind of problems but after coming back to Islam im free from these problems and i have lots peace in my heart and i feel my brain light.
