It’s horrible when you have a panic attack especially when you can’t leave a situation so after 2 years I finally started to sit with it sometimes I’ll feel my pulse beating incredibly fast and I realise I’m having a panic attack and then it slows down because I sit with it and I let it ride and I stop caring what people think if I lose my mind or whatever but because I have that panic attack I do feel drained the whole day so I’ll go for a walk to help myself

I’ve suffered from anxiety since I think my grandmother passed I was 9.. that’s 51yrs ago I never knew what was happening with me… UNTIL NOW! I’ve lived a good life TG, ups & downs like everybody, but so much suffering over this “animal” I never knew about

As much as I listen to this sh!t in agreement and awe, I still manage to lose my sh!t from trying to be the better person. It just eats at me until I go bananas

They mind and body fuel each other. It used to feel like it wouldn't end. I found better ways to cope. Cycle ends fast now

“Attack” is the wrong word and this advice is wrong.

Allow and accept the anxiety. Move toward the uncomfortable symptoms and practice responding as calmly as possible to them.

Over time this will build a habit and your nervous system will begin to desensitize at which point all your symptoms will revolve themselves.

anxiety is subconscious. you need drugs---SSRIs. you can't wish this crap away with thought. this is all crap
