Another great topic we all face at some point. Anxiety and stress affect all of us differently. You need to convince yourself that it’s not dangerous and learn what is making you anxious and why you are experiencing those symptoms. Balanced diet, daily exercise, good night sleep, less caffeine and meditation will help manage anxiety! Thank you Abe’s for another wonderful topic! Awesome vibes ❤❤

What helps calm my anxiety a lot is mindfulness meditation. I practice mindfulness exercises from the book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels. Silence and solitude are absolutely essential imo to calm the mind and let thoughts go.

This is kinda a strange one but my anxiety spikes when im in an environment where there is compassion and romance, such as prom, like i dint go with anyone but im more introverted and force myself to be extroverted and it sucks, all this because im trying to better myself to get a girlfriend, but so far nothings happened
