So glad I found you & this content. I am almost 49 and lost about 75 pounds in the last year and a half - I felt great but was still struggling with gut and digestive issues. Dr. Mindy thank you for everything! I have been massaging my thighs & stomach because intermittent fasting has worked! 45lbs worth. The thighs, arms, belly are so Soft, the fat is hanging but since I have been massaging these areas they have been dissolving. In the beginning I felt like marbles in the fat. Now it's gone, I'm literally melting it off. Ladies add messages.Thank you again 💛😇💛p p

Finally!!! Someone else says that losing weight can actually make fat more visible!! I especially see it when I build muscle, it's so frustrating. But it usually goes away if I just keep on keeping on.

I have lost so much weight on my thighs, arms, and stomach with your fasting 😊 but my bottom seems to be a bit more resistant. Any suggestions on fasting lengths or foods to help lose bottom weight? I've done a few 36hr fasts over the course of 5 months and am recently done my first 72hr. I

To add on what dr mindy said, Dave Asprey would say go all out for 30 sec then lay down & recover for 2 minutes, then repeat. It’s how fast you recover will tell your body you got this & you’ll get best results. But you need to go all out & feel like you can’t do a second more.
