You can do this practice any time of the day, but Flo prefers it in the morning after waking up in combination will full body CARs and before a cup of coffee!

This just popped up after I did a short Bre class as I did not have much time. Glad I rolled with it. I like the unique movement here that I’ve not seen in Flo’s other classes!

Added this to my morning list, this is a great routine. Where as I used to do random stretches this hits so much of the body. I am inflexible in much of these and novice at yoga, this ensures i do something every day.

Nice quick add to my morning. Agree this will be a nice add to my CARS routine. The modified child’s pose causes pain in my patella tendons right now but I expect that will ease over time. Any suggestions for poses/activities to address this without risking injury?
