I dry fasted the other day for just 8 hours and did 2 medium workouts, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. And now the next day after refeeding the evening before my skin is tight and glowing, very cool.

did my first dry fast 25 hrs I never felt thirsty as I had drank a quart of water before starting with an electrolyte pack. my lips started to crack so I drank another quart of electrolytes and stopped my fast. i stayed mostly indoors as it was 101 degrees yesterday.
important to know the symptoms of dehydration...such as headaches ...stop and drink....take care during summer...best on low stress day at home.
